“Less is more” is a motto of modernism, especially Scandinavian design. The client (young couple) dreamed of a minimalistic, aerated one-bedroom apartment within 45m2.

This apartment was newly built, so we had some flexibility in the layout. The living room space was split off to build a walk-in closet. Even if it made the living surface a little smaller, we managed to free all the rest of the apartment of big storage elements that would make it feel crowded and full.

The fresh colors used to delimitate the space also made the rooms light and calm. All the elements were tied up together by the retro accessories like the SMEG refrigerator, kettle, francis francis espresso maker and rounded furniture.
