There is no better way to start your day than in a light and fresh room. This space is just a dream for many of us, considering the limited surface for bathrooms we have in a city like Amsterdam.

The initial layout had: one shower - bathtub, one sink, and a laundry area (washing/dryer).

The client (a young couple) wanted to make the most out of the space. They wanted to add to existing facilities, a big and comfortable shower and make it look sleek, modern, and chic.

The layout was changed completely. A small wall was added to build a niche that became a laundry corner and the shower sidewall. This trick freed up the rest of the bathroom for a gorgeous self-standing bathtub by the window and a double sink for both members of the house to share on those busy mornings. All of that in under 6m2.

The colors and style were selected to fit the personalities of the couple as well as their wish to have a White and Bright refuge from the overwhelming and busy rest of the world.
